Growing the Good (GTG) is a horticultural , academic and nutritional project that will revolve around a state-of-the art indoor hydroponic vertical growing system.  The system will be prominently displayed on the first floor foyer that  is highly visible to all building residents. This hydroponic unit will be utilized for ten months of the school year moving forward. This unit will be a welcomed addition to the already currently existing Margate Schools Garden project. Students have participated in all aspects/components of the traditional outdoor gardening experience. The Margate Schools Garden project includes using the vegetables grown in the outdoor garden for a voluntary tasting program during lunch called Garden Gourmet.
